There are two separate tests – the vision questionnaire and the vision measurement test.
Ideally, we would like you to do both the questionnaire and vision. We will send you a reminder via SMS & or email, when the next set of tests are due.
On the menu bar there are tabs for each test, that we would like you to complete at different points during your menstrual cycle.
